too general allegation. Whenever possible the
Commission asks the complainant to provide more
and specific details.

To
be sent for necessary action:
Where the allegations relate to Minor service
matters which can be more easily and more appropriately
looked into by the appropriate authorities such
as related to bank , railways, post the subject
of which are not in the purview of the Vigilance
Commission. Where the allegations are so trivial
or insignificant that they can be left to departmental
authorities to deal with.

Inquiry
and Report:
A
factual report / preliminary inquiry report
is called from the dept. concerned where the
allegations are specific.
