Any
vigilance related complaint against any public
servant or any instance of corruption in a Government/Semi-Government/Board/Corporation
office along with concrete verifiable facts. These
will be dealt with, as before, for inquiry and
appropriate recommendation to the Government on
merits. |

Any
cases where applicants are subject to harassment,
their work is delayed, wrong procedures are followed
etc.; or where there is a scope of improvement
in the working procedure in any Government/Semi-Government/Board/Corporation
office. Any person may offer the relevant information/suggestion
to the Commission. The Commission will examine
this information and make suitable recommendation
to the Government about systematic improvements/modifications
of procedures etc. with a view to making efforts
to minimize corruption. |
